1. Services
Noelia Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to wedding, lifestyle, and portrait photography. All services will be delivered as outlined in your booking agreement or contract.
2. Booking & Payment
• Bookings are confirmed only after a signed agreement and deposit (if applicable) are received.
• Full payment is due as stated in your invoice, typically prior to delivery of the final images.
• Noelia Photography reserves the right to cancel a session if payment terms are not met.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability. If rescheduled within less than [X] days of the session, additional fees may apply.
4. Delivery of Images
• Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe stated in your contract, usually [X] weeks after the session.
• Noelia Photography retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless

• Clients must provide accurate information for the session.

Noelia Photography is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during a photography session or product delivery.
While we take every care to provide high-quality services, results cannot be guaranteed in cases of technical failure, unforeseen circumstances, or client issues outside our control.
7. Copyright & Usage
• All images are copyrighted by Noelia Photography.
• Clients may use images for personal purposes only unless a commercial license has been granted.
• Unauthorized commercial use, sale, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Amendments
Noelia Photography reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
By booking a session or using Noelia Photography’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
